Oceanic Thai

Designed for a well–known Sydney chef, the design for this local Thai restaurant was driven by his philospophy that the food be prepared from first principles, only using natural, raw ingredients. Raw brickwork, leather and timber were beautifully integrated as a physical representation of this philosophy, to create an atmosphere enjoyed by the many 'in the know' foodies that frequented this home of culinary excellence.
