Brisbane Riverview Hotel

Wendy Lynch was approached by the Hotel owner to undertake an upgrade of their 4–star, 90 key hotel, beautifully situated on the banks of the Brisbane River.

The brief was to transform the style of the hotel to a more 'boutique' style establishment, within the constraints of a relatively tight budget, no structural changes and reuse of as much of the existing furniture as possible. We sourced vintage and handmade pieces to compliment the unique nature of the hotel and brought in graphic designers, Deuce Design, to create a strong brand identity and experience throughout the hotel. Having previously worked with the owners' New York based art consultant, Suzanne Geiss, we were able to reinforce the hotel's new identity with an exciting collection of pieces selected as part of the overall brand strategy.
